We also provide regular or one-off maintenance services for our landscape projects. Some of our services include, design, plant selection, excavation, tiling, paving, decking, retaining walls, irrigation, vertical gardens, outdoor kitchens, awnings and outdoor covered areas, water features, pools, fencing, planting, turfing, weeding, trimming and general maintenance.
Following the site visit, we can give you a quote for the landscape design. The type and level of design documentation required can differ between projects. For example, projects that require development applications, pools or a lot of structural works will require more detailed plans and drawings. For this reason, we quote each landscape design project individually and we will discuss what design documentation and package will suit your landscape project.
So you’re ready to start designing your ultimate outdoor space? This is where the fun really begins! We love collaborating with our clients to flesh out their design brief. During the design phase we consider your requirements, such as inclusions, layout, look and feel/style, materials and finishes and planting to prepare a landscape concept design. This will include proposed materials and finishes and a planting schedule. This will normally necessitate several meetings and site visits. If the project necessitates, during the design phase, detailed construction drawings will also be prepared as well as engaging an engineer for any required engineering drawings.
Once the design has been finalised we will provide you with a detailed, itemised quotation for construction. Sometimes this may necessitate a few more design tweaks. However, given we discuss budget throughout the design phase and have been designing to your budget, there is generally no surprises here. Once we have the landscape design and costings settled, it’s our Construction team’s time to shine.
Once all necessary approvals have been obtained, our construction team will get to work. The transition from landscape design to the construction phase can sometimes be a tricky or disjointed one where different companies have been engaged. We pride ourselves on making this transition smooth and efficient. There is no confusion around design intent, construction has been considered during the design phase and everyone is on the same page from the beginning.
