Scope of Work
For the South Coogee Project, the following tasks were undertaken:
Site Assessment and Planning:
We assessed the available space to ensure the design would meet the family’s needs for both entertainment and everyday use, all while keeping maintenance minimal. Our goal was to maximise functionality without compromising on style.
Design, Planting, and Installation:
The design included a spacious outdoor kitchen with plenty of bench space and a bar for casual dining. A light-filled covered entertaining area was created using Velux skylights, while the pool and adjoining sun deck were carefully positioned to maximise space and light. Outdure timber-look decking provided the warmth and appearance of timber, with the added benefit of minimal maintenance, making it perfect for the poolside setting.
Clean Up:
After construction, our team ensured that the site was left in pristine condition, removing all debris and completing final installations, so the garden was ready for immediate use.
Outcome
The South Coogee project resulted in a functional, contemporary outdoor space that blends seamlessly with the modern home. The new areas provide a perfect mix of relaxation, entertainment, and family-friendly functionality, with minimal ongoing maintenance required.
